GENERAL CLUB REQUESTS

1. BACK FOB DOOR
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE BACK FOB DOOR IS SHUT TIGHT WHEN YOU GO OUT & COME IN.
YOU NEED TO HEAR IT CLICK FOR THE SECURITY LOCK TO WORK....IT'S YOUR KIT AT RISK

2. CLUB KIT - Put it away!!!
PLEASE DO NOT USE EQUIPMENT THAT HAS A 'DO NOT USE' LABEL ON. THESE ARE AWAITING REPAIR AND NEED TO BE DRIED OUT

3. NON MEMBERS USING YOUR CLUB
Please quiz anyone in the club that you don't know, There is an upto date membership list on the board. We have had a few intruders recently. Its your Club, Kit and belongings so if you see a non member whom isn't officially visiting.......chuck em' out

4. CLUB SECURITY - BACK ROLLER DOORS
The back doors are NOT being closed.
If you use the back doors then shut them please.
They must be kept closed at all times.
IF THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN THEN THEY WILL BE KEPT PADLOCKED EXCEPT ON OFFICIAL CLUB SESSIONS

5. CLUB ACCESS SYSTEM
FOBS are available from Karen Longstaff, Club Admin for £10 deposit. Only Juniors & Seniors are eligible to hold a Fob. Misuse (letting non holders in) will result in your FOB being deactivated and suspension from out of hours access.

6. TIDY UP PLEASE
If you use the club at any time can you please clean up your mess after you, have a quick sweep up and shut the door behind you.
If everyone does a bit, No one has to do a lot!
